May TBR

April was very chaotic for me. Work has been chaotic, and then the last month of my undergrad degree, as you can imagine, has also been rather chaotic! But it’s a new month, and I’m now officially a graduate! I have more time to read now, and I couldn’t be happier! Im also very happy that I now have much more free time to read! That being said, here are some of the books I’m planning on reading during the month of May!

What are some of your May reads? Have you read any of the ones that I’m planning on reading? What were your thoughts?

June TBR

I’m gonna have a lot of reading to do in June. I’m setting myself up here, but since the one class that is giving me trouble ends on June 19th, I’ll have more time to read after that. There are fourteen books on this list, and I’m probably not going to have time to finish all of them, but I am certainly going to try.

Inkheart- Cornelia Funke
Between the World and Me- Ta-Nehisi Coates
Ship of Magic- Robin Hobb
Guild of Tokens- Jon Auerbach
Lady Midnight- Cassandra Clare
In The Woods- Tana French
The Angel’s Game- Carlos Ruiz Zafón
A Queen in Hiding- Sarah Kozloff
Foundryside- Robert Jackson Bennett
I’ll Be Gone in the Dark- Michelle McNamara
Throne of Jade- Naomi Novik
The Hundred Thousand Kingdoms- N.K. Jemisin
Elantris- Brandon Sanderson
The Calculating Stars- Mary Robinette Kowal

Have you read any of these books? How did you feel about them? What are you reading in the month of June?

I hope this post finds you safe and healthy!

May TBR

Okay, so I know that this is SUPER ambitious, but I have THIRTEEN (13) books that I want to read this month. May of them are over 500 pages. I don’t know why I want to try and be so ambitious this month, but I’m free from school for at least the next two-ish weeks, so I have the time. Some of these books I’ve been pretty excited for as well, so I feel like I can get through them quickly!

Classes ended for the Spring semester a few days ago and I’m so happy to have some time off. School was becoming very stressful, and I’m glad I now have the time to enjoy reading and other things.

Uprooted- Naomi Novik
Assassin’s Quest- Robin Hobb
Ship of Magic- Robin Hobb
Inkheart- Cornelia Funke
Lady Midnight- Cassandra Clare
The Deep- Alma Katsu
Sweet Black Waves- Kristina Perez
A Queen in Hiding- Sarah Kozloff
Vengeful- V.E. Schwab
Lovely War- Julie Berry
Throne of Jade- Naomi Novik
The Eye of the World- Robert Jordan
The Calculating Stars- Mary Robinette Kowal

Have you read any of these books? How did you feel about them? What are you reading in the month of May?

I hope this post finds you safe and healthy!
